Overview

Leading Continuous Improvement has been co-designed by INSEAD and Partners in Performance, bringing together our Partners in Performance Continuous Improvement (CI) methodology and INSEAD’s Executive Online leadership programme, ‘Leading Organisations in Disruptive Times’. The course will equip leaders with the technical know-how and the leadership capabilities to shift mindsets and generate lasting impact in a complex work environment. Participants complete
eight modules over 16 weeks through diverse learning techniques including short content videos, quizzes, group exercises and application of their learnings to deliver a real business project. The INSEAD programme is offered to clients as part of new full Business Improvement (BI) engagements and to all Partners in Performance employees over time.
