Key requirements

  • University degree from a top-tier university, with excellent results (distinction average)
  • 3+ years of working experience in consulting or industrial companies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to coach,
    influence and build trust with peers
  • Fluency in Russian and English
  • Readiness for business trips (60-70%)
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

What can you expect when you join the CIS team?

  • To assist with the delivery of measurable improvements and the implementation of processes and systems that will sustain ongoing improvements, especially in the case of prioritisation and problem-solving.
  • To work closely with other PIPers and client team members to collect/analyse data and provide insights.
  • At times the business analyst may take on front-line coaching roles — especially with client analysts — to broaden their management experience.
