Our interview process is spread out across two weeks in early March and typically involves four interviews before an offer of employment is extended.
It starts with an online application of your CV and academic transcript before speaking with our recruitment team. This is followed by a virtual case study assessment and a round two interview. If you are successful, you will be asked to complete two more back-to-back interviews with senior leaders from Partners in Performance.
Candidates who receive an offer will be provided with the opportunity to spend time face to face with our leadership team at our head office in Sydney.
