Why Partners in Performance?

We are a mature organisaton with a start-up feel. We break the traditional management consulting mould by:

  • Being driven by impact: Our emphasis is on what will ‘move the dial’ and deliver client benefit
  • Knowing the real value of work:  Work ends when the targeted benefit has been achieved or beyond. Satisfaction comes from helping strategies come to life and seeing clients achieve exceptional performance
  • Engaging with clients and their people: We work with the whole organisation to deliver an aligned outcome
  • Focusing on the implementation: We provide expert strategy analysis to create a plan and then implement hand in hand with our clients

Partners in Performance is a great place to work, grow and to make a lasting impact around the world. We’re proud of the recognition we’ve received. Here are some highlights of our recent accomplishments.

Think you are the right fit?

We look for academic brilliance and healthy outside interests demonstrating leadership, creativity, collaboration and teamwork.

Please note applicants must be Australian or New Zealand citizens/permanent residents.

Our recruitment process for undergraduate roles

Our interview process is spread out across two weeks in early March and typically involves four interviews before an offer of employment is extended.

It starts with an online application of your CV and academic transcript before speaking with our recruitment team. This is followed by a virtual case study assessment and a round two interview. If you are successful, you will be asked to complete two more back-to-back interviews with senior leaders from Partners in Performance.

Candidates who receive an offer will be provided with the opportunity to spend time face to face with our leadership team at our head office in Sydney.
