Why Partners in Performance?

Cormac Meehan shirt"What I like most about Partners in Performance is that it's all about unleashing potential. You get to work hand-in-hand with your clients and sometimes you help them through some of the most challenging points in their career or business growth. There's no better feeling than looking back on the engagements and seeing the impact that you helped make."

- Cormac Meehan, Business Analyst, Sydney

Ada Yin shirt"What I like best about Partners in Performance is how intentional the organisation is about developing its own people as well as clients. I think both the formal and informal training that covers everything from organisation, to technology, digital capabilities and personal development is terrific."

- Ada Yin, Business Analyst, Sydney

Jonathon Cronin hi vis"To be honest I get bored really quickly so I'm always looking for something new to learn about, and the concept of working at Partners in Performance and discovering both new industries but also service offerings really appealed to me."

- Jonathon Cronin, Associate, Sydney

Emaline Ho shirt"What I like most about Partners in Performance is how nurturing the people are. I have had so many people who weren't on my engagement but have been willing to guide and teach me on how to be successful in my work."

- Emaline Ho, Business Analyst, Perth

We recruit on campus for undergraduate roles

There are typically four interviews before we make an offer of employment. They are generally conducted as back-to-back interviews, either in person or virtually (dependent on your location).

The first round is a case study assessment centre followed immediately by a round 2 interview. If you are successful, you will be called to complete two more interviews back-to-back with leaders from our business.

If you receive an offer of employment, you’ll usually start as part of a BA graduate cohort in February of the following year.

When will you be visiting my university?

Each year we visit Australia and New Zealand's top universities to meet with the best and brightest students as part of our undergraduate program.
